On the add-on page, there are more things to do to the account other than upgrading the account. First of all, you can downgrade your account. There are times where you may not need as much from your HostGator account as you think you did in the beginning when you first registered for an account. When you first registered for an account, you had a choice to choose between a Hatchling, Baby, and Business, and applying the proper HostGator coupon codes to the account. Along the way, you make the decision to downgrade that account from say a Baby to a Hatchling. Before doing so, be sure to know that a $10 fee will be added to your billing for the next month.

In addition to downgrading your account, you can also register or transfer a domain to HostGator, restore an account from a backup server for $15, and update billing information by logging into the billing portal from this page.
